PAYMENT POLICY

Whether you wish to pay in full upfront or make an installment towards your total purchase, here is the information you need to know: 

If you choose to make a an installment for your first payment, we will use the schedule above for the remaining payments. Upon receiving your initial payment we will send you a receipt along with a payment schedule containing due dates for the remainder.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand things happen in life and sometimes you have to cancel or change your booking. We want to make it as easy as possible to do so. Below you will find our timeline of options to choose either a refund or future trip credit based on your cancellation date.

Notification of the desire to cancel or change your trip date must be received in writing as soon as possible. This date will be the date used to processes your cancelation or date change. To write us, please either use our contact form or email us directly. 

*We cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason including personal emergencies, unexpected weather, natural disasters or terrorism. Outer Edge Travel also reserves the right to cancel any trip using our discretion if the safety of our travelers or staff should be compromised. In the event of cancellation, Outer Edge Travel is not responsible for any loss incurred for non-refundable travel costs. In this case, refund of payments received by Outer Edge Travel will constitute full and final settlement.

*CUSTOM TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once booked, custom trips are fully non-refundable.

*For future trip credits, reservations must be made within one calendar year of the original date of departure or funds are forfeit. Refunds will not be issued after a future trip credit has been chosen.
